Complex systems maintenance requires a team of experts to be available to remedy non-compliances either via regular check-ups or interventions on request.There are two types of maintenance services:

covers all activities that require specialized support and/or the intervention of the Synotech Global Services teams at the customer’s premises, in compliance with the agreed intervention term, to remedy any malfunctions or damages and to limit any adverse effects upon the adjacent infrastructures.
